Product Introduction of Bag Dust Collector:

The bag-type dust collector is a dry dust collection device. It is suitable for capturing fine, dry, and non-fibrous dust. The filter bags are made of woven filter cloth or non-woven felt. The dust-laden gas is filtered through the filtering effect of the fiber fabric. When the dust-laden gas enters the bag-type dust collector, the particles with large size and high specific gravity will settle down due to gravity and fall into the ash hopper. The gas containing finer dust passes through the filter material, and the dust is retained, thereby purifying the gas. 

Inspection before installation of bag filter:

1. Inspection of the main body: The bag filter has undergone quality inspection and no-load operation during production, and its performance meets the factory requirements. However, during the disassembly, transportation and handling process, collisions may occur, causing the equipment to deform. It is necessary to correct and handle it in time. 

2. Inspection of filter bags and frames: The quality of the filter bags directly affects the dust removal efficiency. Therefore, before installation, each joint of the filter bags should be carefully checked to ensure it is sturdy and there are no loose threads, damages, etc. 

3. Inspection of the ash discharge device: The ash discharge device is located at the lower part of the box of the bag filter. It consists of a motor, a turbine reducer, and a spiral ash discharge valve. During assembly, the output shaft and the input shaft should be kept concentric to ensure normal operation. 

4. Inspection of the blowing system: The blowing system consists of air tanks, control valves, pulse valves, and blowing pipes. The quality of its manufacturing directly affects the blowing effect and the consumption of compressed air. 

5. Inspection of the control unit: The control unit (electrical, pneumatic, mechanical) must be inspected and debugged before installation. After the debugging is completed and no issues are found, it can be installed.
