Anti-static PTFE Coated Filter Cartridge Product Introduction

Anti-static PTFE coated filter cartridges are also commonly referred to as PTFE coated filter cartridges.

The main difference of these coated filter cartridges lies in the fact that their filter material has been treated with PTFE.

The dust collector filter cartridges are cageless, easy to install, and come in various types, including long and thin, and short and thick.

Long and thin filter cartridges have large gaps and angles between the pleats (e.g., 45 pleats), with fewer and shallower pleats. The filtration area is 2 to 5 times larger than that of filter bags of the same diameter and length, and dust removal is easy and effective;

Suitable for dust filtration with a concentration of 15g/m³, and a filtration velocity of 0.6～1.2m/min. Short and thick filter cartridges (e.g., 350, L=0.66m) have a large diameter, short length, many (120～350) deep pleats, and small gaps between the pleats, resulting in a large filtration area,

14 to 35 times larger than filter bags of the same diameter and length, suitable for areas with limited space; however, due to the small pleat angle, dust is prone to accumulation and difficult to clean, suitable for dust filtration with a concentration of 5g/m³, and the filtration velocity should not exceed 0.6m/min.
