Introduction to H14 High-Efficiency Separatorless Panel Filters:
The H14 high-efficiency separatorless panel filter uses ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper or polypropylene filter paper as the filter material, folded into a compact structure. The folded filter paper is separated by small inserts made of paper or aluminum foil separators to maintain a smooth airflow channel. The outer frame is made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy profiles, sealed with a new type of polyurethane sealant. It can be widely used for general filtration in electronics, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, food, and other industries, and is also suitable for high-temperature environments. This filter mainly filters dust particles smaller than 0.5um in the air and is widely used in the final filtration of cleanrooms with high cleanliness requirements, such as those requiring Class 10,000, Class 1,000, or Class 100 levels of filtration.

Application Areas
Precautions for Using H14 High-Efficiency Separatorless Panel Filter:
1. Regularly check the filter's air inlet for blockages and the filter material surface for damage;
2. If there are objects blocking the surface, they should be removed;
3. If the filter material surface is severely damaged, the filter material or the entire filter must be replaced;
4. When installing the filter, ensure good sealing at the edges of the frame to prevent air leakage;
5. Do not strike the filter surface with heavy objects, and do not forcefully pull the filter material surface;
6. During installation, the length of the filter bag opening should be perpendicular to the ground to ensure effective filtration and extend service life.
