Bag filters are high-efficiency medium-efficiency air filters made of non-woven fabric or fiberglass material in a bag shape. They are primarily used in HVAC systems, industrial air supply systems, and gas turbine intake systems as primary or secondary filters. Their characteristics include high airflow, low resistance, and large dust holding capacity, effectively removing dust particles of 1-5μm, making them suitable for high dust concentration environments and effectively protecting air handling units.

Main Features and Advantages
Filtration Performance: Common filtration efficiency grades are F5-F8 (or ISO 16890 standard grades), and they can be used as pre-filters for HEPA high-efficiency filters.
Large Dust Holding Capacity and Low Resistance: The bag design significantly increases the filtration area, maintaining low system operating resistance even during prolonged use.
Robust Structure: Equipped with a metal frame to ensure structural stability in high-speed airflow.
Material Selection: Uses synthetic fiber (N series) or fiberglass (G series) filter media, suitable for different needs.
Application Areas
HVAC Systems: Used in air handling units for comfort air conditioning and general industrial buildings.
Industrial Applications: Ventilation and purification systems in electronics, pharmaceuticals, machinery, and other industries.
Gas Turbines: Used as pre-filters to filter coarse impurities in the intake air of turbine machinery.
