A separated HEPA air filter, when disassembled, reveals regularly arranged internal separators.
These separators, mostly made of aluminum foil or cardboard, are wave-shaped and evenly space the filter media,
guiding airflow to pass slowly through tortuous channels. Each layer of separators works with the filter media to form successive "barriers",
greatly increasing the contact probability between dust, particles and the filter media.

A separatorless HEPA air filter abandons the traditional separator design. It uses hot melt adhesive or threads to precisely fix filter media such as ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper at specific intervals,
creating a continuous and smooth airflow channel. Its overall structure is more compact, with internal space utilized efficiently—more filter media is packed into a limited volume,
quietly upgrading purification performance.

Separated HEPA Air Filters:
High efficiency, large dust holding capacity, low resistance and excellent uniform airflow performance.
They are suitable for various local purification equipment and clean workshops,
and applicable to ambient air purification under normal temperature, humidity and pressure conditions.

Separatorless HEPA Air Filters:
High efficiency and thin profile, easy to install with low operating costs.
They are ideal for terminal filtration of air conditioning units and purification environments with high coverage rates of HEPA filters.
