How to Replacement of Oil -Air Separator ？

 It further separates oil from the compressed air to ensure air purity, and the separated oil can be recycled for reuse.

The oil-air separator cartridge is generally recommended for replacement after 4000 hours of operation, 

with the service interval adjustable according to the actual operating environment of the air compressor.

Step-by-Step Replacement of Oil-Air Separator Cartridges

1.Before replacing the cartridge, shut down the air compressor and check that the anti-static device of the new oil-air separator cartridge is in good working condition.

 Take care to prevent foreign objects from falling into the oil tank during installation.

2.Remove the hoses, copper pipes, oil return pipe and cover plates that are connected to the minimum pressure valve.

3.Detach the used oil-air separator cartridge, then clean the separator housing thoroughly. 

After cleaning, fit the new cartridge and reinstall all the removed components in the reverse order of disassembly.

4.Avoid letting any foreign objects fall into the oil tank during the reinstallation process. 

When installing the oil return pipe, insert it all the way to the bottom of the cartridge. 

After the entire installation is completed, conduct a test run of the compressor to verify that the new cartridge is intact and functional.
