How to Replacement of Oil Filter for Air Compressors?
1. Replace the oil filter element of a new air compressor after its first 500 hours of operation.
Remove the oil filter element by turning it counterclockwise with a special wrench.
Before installing a new filter element, add a small amount of special screw oil to it and apply the oil evenly on the O-ring.
Tighten the filter element by hand first, then further tighten it with the special wrench.
2. It is recommended to replace the oil filter element every 1500–3000 operating hours.
It is best to replace the oil filter element at the same time when changing the oil,
and shorten the replacement cycle if the air compressor is used in harsh environments.
3. Never use the oil filter element beyond the specified service life.
Otherwise, severe clogging of the filter element will cause the pressure difference to exceed the bearing limit of the bypass valve,
which will open automatically. A large amount of dirt and particles will directly enter the screw main unit with the oil, leading to serious consequences.
4. The replacement of the oil filter element and diesel filter element for diesel-powered screw air compressors shall
follow the maintenance requirements of the diesel engine, with a replacement method similar to that of the screw air compressor's oil filter element
