What is the Self-Cleaning Air Filter?

 Product Overview

The self-cleaning air filter is a new type of high-efficiency air filter with an automatic dust cleaning function. It is suitable for matching with medium and large gas turbines,

 high-power diesel engines, oxygen generators, large air conditioners, blowers, fans and all other equipment with large air volume demand. 

It is especially ideal for supporting or technological transformation of air-using equipment in high dust concentration environments and with strict air purification requirements.

 Product Features

1. Controlled by an intelligent distributor, the filter has three self-cleaning modes:

(1) Timed cleaning,

(2) Differential pressure cleaning

(3) Manual cleaning.

2.According to user requirements, a dust collection box, dust screen can be added at the bottom, and water washing dust removal method can be adopted to solve secondary pollution.

1.  Large filtration area, low flow rate, small resistance loss, with LCD display for resistance loss.

2.   Low air consumption for backflushing, generally 0.1～0.3m³/min (suction state) at a pressure of 0.4～0.6Mpa.

Product Structure

The self-cleaning air filter consists of four parts: filter cartridge, self-cleaning system, pulse backflushing dust cleaning device and control system. 

Its filter element is mostly filter cartridge, with imported or domestic filter paper as the internal filter material.
