Compared with traditional air filtration equipment, the self-cleaning air filter features simple structure, long service life of filter elements and low maintenance workload. 

For high-speed rotating equipment such as air compressors, blowers and steam turbines, dust is one of the main factors affecting the long-term normal operation of the equipment. 

Dust scaling inside the equipment will affect air flow movement, damage the balance of impellers, cause the shaft vibration of rotors to intensify and exceed the standard, and make the surge curve drift.

Features of Self-Cleaning Air Filter：

 long service life of filter materials and on-line replaceability. Compared with traditional bag dust collectors, it has stronger self-cleaning effect, as well as better moisture and frost resistance.

The self-cleaning air filter can be used not only in foggy and rainy seasons, but also in low-temperature freezing weather in winter and desert environments with high dust content.

Structure of Self-Cleaning Air Filter：

The self-cleaning air filter is composed of four parts: filter cartridge, self-cleaning system, pulse backflushing dust cleaning device and control system. 

Its filter element is mostly a filter cartridge, with imported or domestic filter paper as the internal filter material. 

The self-cleaning backflushing system includes self-cleaning nozzles, backflushing pipes, venturi tubes, air storage tanks, filter cartridges and other components. 

The control system includes accessories such as a programmable controller (including PLC), diaphragm solenoid valves, differential pressure transmitters, differential pressure sensors and LCD screens.

Application Scope of Self-Cleaning Air Filter：

The self-cleaning air filter is not only suitable for various air separation units such as air compressors, but also can be matched with high-power diesel engines, large air conditioners and all large air volume equipment.

 It is especially suitable for supporting or technological transformation of air-using equipment in high dust concentration environments 

and with strict air purification requirements.
