Pre-filtration
The oil first enters the primary filter to remove large particles of contaminants (such as metal shavings and dust), preventing blockage of the subsequent precision components.
Coalescence
The pre-treated oil flows into the coalescence filter element. The tiny water droplets are adsorbed on the surface of the special fiber material and gradually coalesce into larger water droplets. This process breaks the emulsified state of oil and water and is a key step in efficient dehydration.
Sedimentation & Separation
Large water droplets are pulled down to the collection chamber by gravity, while the oil fluid continues to pass through the hydrophobic separation filter element. The remaining water is intercepted outside, achieving the final oil-water separation.
Final Filtration (Final Filtration)
The purified oil can be equipped with high-precision filters to further enhance its cleanliness, ensuring it meets the NAS 6–8 standard.
The entire process does not require any chemical additives, does not alter the physical and chemical properties of the oil, and is safe and environmentally friendly.
