The heat resistance temperature of PPS+PTFE membrane needle punched felt ranges from 170℃ to 210℃, with a long-term operating temperature below 190℃, an instant heat resistance of 210℃ and a melting point of 230℃. It features excellent flame retardancy, wear resistance and high heat resistance, and its resistance to acids, alkalis and oxidative alkalis is second only to PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) needle punched felt. The PPS+PTFE membrane needle punched felt filter material/filter bag has high porosity, small pores and high filtration precision. Its shrinkage rate is less than 0.7% after continuous heating at 190℃ for 30 minutes, and no shrinkage occurs when heated for less than 20 minutes. For instantaneous temperature of 190–200℃, the duration per exposure shall not exceed 5 minutes, with a total annual accumulation of no more than 30 minutes; for 180–190℃, the duration per exposure shall not exceed 10 minutes, with a total annual accumulation of no more than 100 hours. In industries under normal working conditions, the emission concentration of coal-fired boilers in power plants can be reduced to below 10mg/Nm³. PPS+PTFE membrane filter bags are widely recognized filtration materials for pulse-jet dust collectors in dust collection treatment of coal-fired boilers, waste incinerators, fly ash in power plants and other equipment.

 

1. PPS+PTFE membrane filter bags have the following characteristics:

Continuous temperature resistance of 170℃ and instantaneous temperature resistance of 190℃;

2. Excellent chemical stability, resistance to acids, alkalis and organic solvents, which extends the service life of the filter material;

3. Usable under working conditions with oxygen content lower than 16%;

4. High dust cleaning efficiency, applicable with low dust cleaning pressure, long service cycle and reduced operational costs.

Raw Material Selection

Domestic or imported PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) fibers and PTFE fibers are adopted for production.
