Precision Filter Cartridge Class Description
Compressed air systems inevitably contain numerous contaminants:
such as abrasive solid particles like dust, dust particles, iron filings, and scale; compressor lubricants (mineral or synthetic); condensed water droplets and acidic condensate; and oil and hydrocarbon mists.
If these contaminants are not removed, they will increase the maintenance costs of pneumatic equipment, cause instrument and control device malfunctions, impair product precision and surface finish, and contaminate process procedures.
Precision air filters and filtration systems remove these contaminants, ensuring your compressed air system provides high-quality compressed air to meet application requirements, whether for factories, instrumentation, or medical equipment.
They help maintain a consistent and stable supply of compressed gas and minimize operating costs.
Precision Filter Cartridge Class Description:
1. DD Series: Polymer particulate filters for general protection, eliminating liquid water and oil mist as small as 0.1 mg/m³ (0.1 ppm) and particles as small as 1 micron.
2. DDP Series: Particulate filters for dust removal, eliminating particles as small as 1 micron.
3. PD Series: High-efficiency polymeric particulate filter, capable of eliminating liquid moisture and oil mist as small as 0.01 mg/m³ (0.01 ppm) and particles as small as 0.01 microns.
4. QD Series: Activated carbon filter, used to eliminate oil vapor and hydrocarbon odors with a maximum residual oil content of 0.003 mg/m³ (0.003 ppm), must be installed after the PD filter.
