Daily Maintenance Details of Pulse Dust Collectors
Daily maintenance of pulse dust collectors focuses on "inspection, cleaning, and adjustment" to eliminate potential faults in a timely manner.
The detailed steps are as follows:
1. Air compressor maintenance:
Check the air pressure (0.5-0.7MPa) every morning; drain the condensed water in the air tank (to avoid water entering the pulse valve); check for air leakage in the air pipeline and repair promptly.
2. Pulse valve and solenoid valve inspection:
Observe the operation sound and state of the pulse valve every shift; if there is no action or abnormal noise, check the solenoid valve and valve core; clean the pulse valve once a week to remove impurities.
3. Filter bag inspection:
Open the access door every 2-3 days to observe the filter bag surface; if there is excessive dust accumulation, adjust the cleaning parameters; if there is damage or air leakage, mark it and replace it during the next maintenance.
4. Ash hopper and ash discharge inspection:
Clean the ash hopper every day to avoid ash accumulation; check the ash discharge valve for normal operation (no jamming, no dust leakage); ensure the ash discharge pipe is unobstructed.
5. Fan inspection: Check the fan’s vibration, noise, and bearing temperature every day; add lubricating oil to the bearing once a week; clean the fan impeller every month to avoid dust accumulation causing imbalance.
6. Electrical system inspection:
Check the control panel indicators and wiring every day; ensure the emergency stop button is sensitive; cut off the power supply and wipe the electrical components once a week to avoid dust short circuits.
