Cartridge dust collectors are widely used in cement mills, raw material mills, fuel coal mills, silos, conveyor belt dust points, and packaging workshops in cement plants across various regions.

A filter cartridge is a cylindrical element used for filtration. Filter cartridges are generally divided into those used for filtering liquid media and those for filtering gaseous media.  The filter cartridges we usually refer to are mostly used for filtering air impurities.

Dust Collector Filter Cartridge Structure:

1. The dust collector filter cartridge is cylindrical. The upper and lower end caps of the filter cartridge are made of plastic material; other grades of filter cartridges use end caps stamped from electrolytic plates or stainless steel plates.

2. The filter cartridge uses a diamond-shaped mesh; other grades of filter cartridges use galvanized perforated mesh or stainless steel perforated mesh. 

All dust collector filter cartridges are bonded with special adhesive, possessing excellent tensile and impact resistance, ensuring no cap detachment or powder leakage.

3. The dust collector filter cartridge is equipped with reinforcing ribs, providing excellent deformation resistance.

4. Due to different working conditions, dust filtration at normal temperature is suitable for using dust collector filter cartridges. 

Cartridge dust collectors have the advantages of high dust removal efficiency, stable equipment operation, and few wearing parts, therefore they are widely used in industry.
